Acclaimed cinematographer Daniel Pearl will lead seminars in Vilnius on May 26, 2014
On behalf of Vilnius Film Cluster we would like to invite film industry professionals and students to attend two great seminars by American guest – master of cinematography Daniel Pearl.
Cinematographer Daniel Pearl is a world famous artist and professional, member of The American Society of Cinematographers. In 1999 he has been nominated among 100 best cinematographers in the world. Daniel Pearl has kindly agreed to collaborate with Vilnius Film Cluster giving 2 seminars that would take place in Vilnius on May 26, 2014.
Cinema “Pasaka” in Vilnius Old Town will host the seminars “Visual Story Telling in Genre Cinema” and “Commercial Cinematography & The Art of Lighting” where Daniel Pearl will present the extracts of his best known works and will comment on professional technological and creative aspects while making them.
The seminars are open to everyone interested in the topic or the personality of the cinematographer.
All events are free of charge.
Seminars are part of the project “A Film Affair to Remember – AFAR: masterclass with master DOP Daniel Pearl”. This project is partly sponsored by Baltic-American Freedom Foundation.
