Brigita Beniušytė has been actively working in the film industry for several years. After previously collaborating on independent films, she joined the film production company M-Films in 2017 as a junior producer. Since 2022, Brigita has been working as a producer and associate producer at M-Films. Together with Marija Razgutė, she produced the short film HAPPY NEXT YEAR! (dir. Lukas Kacinauskas, Uppsala ISFF 2024).

Brigita was selected for the Locarno Film Festival’s Match Me! program in 2023 and presented M-Films at FIDLab 2023. In the same year, she completed the EAVE Marketing Workshop in Luxembourg and participated in the First Cut+ program during When East Meets West with M-Films’ latest film, HUNGER STRIKE BREAKFAST (dir. Karolis Kaupinis). Brigita has also been selected to participate in ACE Training Days Poland 2024.

Currently, Brigita is producing Vytautas Katkus’ film THE VISITOR (in post-production) and developing several minority co-productions, as well as Marius Pocevičius’ feature film I’M NOT LIKE THAT.
